Pastor Deb is a BA graduate of Sure Foundation Theological Institute working on her Masters's. She is ordained both by Shiloh Ministries in Canada and TMCI in the USA as well as being certified by the American Association of Christian Counselors. She is the Founder and President of For the Least of Them Ministries and a Mom to 6 great children and a number of adopted young men who she brought from Africa to Canada. Grandmother to many lovely children great grandma to 2 sweet little ones, and stepmom and grandmother to other lovely girls and little ones as well as being Mother to all her children who are being cared for thru this Ministry. She has her doctorate from New Horizon Ministry. Pastor Deb has won Canadian Achiever for Erie Riding and was chosen to have dinner with Queen Elizabeth. She also was a single parent of the Year. She worked as Executive Director of the YWCA and of COPE and worked with Canadian Mental Health and Christian Aid Ministries. Deborah has been doing work in Africa (Ghana, Tanzania, Liberia, and Kenya) and India since 1999. Her works in the Philippines started in 2013.

Crispina is a graduate of Gateway Grace Bible Institute and attended holy Trinity high school. Cris is one of our ordained ministers. She and her husband Duane have been in ministry for many years. She has a heart for children and being a mother she knows the love that a child needs. She is very efficient and responds quickly to everything she is asked to do. She’s a blessing for our ministry

Albert is our Ghana Advisor. He’s originally from Liberia Pastor Deborah adopted him and brought him to Canada. He is currently in nursing and working with seniors. He is married to a lovely lady named Lydia. He goes on missions every two years to Ghana to update us on what’s happening in our ministry there and feeding the children. He has been with this ministry for many years.

Minister Christine has been a member of this ministry since the onset. She is an ordained minister with this ministry. She is currently helping with data entry and bookkeeping.

Minister Alanso is one our ordained Ministers. He was one of Pastor Deborah's Children years ago when he was in a refugee camp with his sisters. He is currently looking after a program to single mothers and their children.

Alicia has felt a calling for web building from a young age, and happy to help. Also Deborah's youngest daughter she is an administrator on the website.

Minister Timothy is a welcomed part of this ministry. He is our director of our NGO in Ghana and looks after all of our programs in Bolgatanga (North Ghana). He resides in the home where the Ministry office is located and there are some youth also living there. Timothy is one of our ordained ministers and has a background in Leadership, security and biblical studies
